The main features of the 3600 model paper machine include a forming section with a conveyor belt made of a seamless fabric, consisting of a wet end (including a headbox, former, and press section) and a dry end (drying, calendering, and reeling). Based on the number of formers and drying cylinders, it is classified as a three-layer long wire paper machine. The machine can reach a maximum speed of 400m/min, with an annual production capacity of 72,000 tons, and can handle a maximum paper width of 3550mm.

Fully automatic baling machine

Equipped in the post-processing stage of each paper machine, this system can take the freshly produced paper from the machine, pass it through a rewinder onto a core, and rewind it into several smaller rolls. This process can meet all customer custom size requirements (from 500mm to 3550mm). The paper then enters a fully automatic packaging line, significantly reducing paper waste and labor costs, thereby maximizing production efficiency.

Coating machine

The 1880 and 2000 models are two coating machines that apply various coatings to both sides of roll paper through processes such as coating, air drying, calendering, and reeling. The maximum width of the paper rolls that can be processed on these machines is 1800mm and 2000mm, respectively. These machines are also equipped with fully automatic rewinding and packaging systems. Their products include tactile paper, pearlescent paper, ultra-sensory paper, glossy luxury leather paper, and color correction paper.

Flexo printing machine

The 1300, 1600, and 2800 models are three flexographic printing machines that process roll paper through printing, coating, thermal drying, UV/EB light curing, and reeling. These machines are capable of single or multi-color printing on both sides of the paper and can also apply coatings to the paper surface. Their versatility, low machine cost, and suitability for small batches, urgent delivery schedules, and jobs requiring multiple workstations make them particularly convenient for special print jobs. The maximum width of the paper rolls that can be processed on these machines is 1300mm, 1600mm, and 2800mm, which can meet the requirements for custom sizes in photographic background paper.

Fully automatic laminating machine

The 1880 model laminating machine can process roll paper through various stages such as gluing, heating, calendering, air drying, rewinding, and slitting into flat sheets or reeling. It is capable of laminating up to four layers of base paper into thick cardboard. This machine can produce high grammage products of up to 1800g, and is suitable for laminating both base paper and post-processed paper. The maximum width of the paper rolls that can be processed on this machine is 1800mm.

Embossing machine

Two embossing machines are available: the 1# embossing machine is used for color correction, humidifying, embossing, drying, and slitting into flat sheets or reeling, while the 2# embossing machine is used for embossing and reeling processes. These machines offer clients two options: wet embossing and dry embossing. Wet embossing allows for deep embossing without significantly damaging the surface texture of the paper, resulting in clear, durable patterns. The maximum width of the paper rolls that can be processed on these machines is 1100mm and 900mm, respectively. Their products include embossing on base paper and post-processed paper.

Roll slitting machine

Equipped with four roll slitting machines, we can perform operations such as roller leveling, slitting, sheeting, and label inserting on roll paper. The maximum width of the paper rolls that can be processed on these machines is 1600mm. The products include flat sheets ranging from 100g to 450g.
