Unless otherwise specified, all quotations are valid for thirty days. All quotations are FOB prices and are quoted in US dollars.
Terms of Sale
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the terms of shipment are FOB origin. Ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The selection of the carrier is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Support for third-party audit agencies.
Payment
Only FOB trade mode is supported, and payment is accepted in US dollars, Hong Kong dollars, and Chinese yuan.
Cancellation
Cancellation is only accepted if notified before manufacturing. If the goods are processed before the notification is received, the buyer shall be responsible for the goods. We reserve the right to produce materials immediately upon receipt of the purchase order.
